We are excited to welcome our new and returning students and their families to Providence Christian Preparatory School's Open House as we prepare for an outstanding 2026–2027 school year!

Open House is a wonderful opportunity for families to become familiar with the school, connect with our faculty and staff, and receive important information to ensure a successful start to the new academic year.

During your visit, you will have the opportunity to:

Meet your child's teachers and school administrators.
Visit classrooms and become familiar with the campus.
Receive important information about classroom expectations, school policies, and procedures.
Learn about academic programs, curriculum, and student support services.
Pick up important forms and back-to-school information.
Ask questions and prepare for a smooth first day of school.

Whether you are joining the Providence Christian family for the first time or returning for another exciting year, we look forward to welcoming you and partnering with you in your child's academic, spiritual, and personal growth.

First Day Back to School for K-12th Grade Students

August 11, 2026 | 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

The first day of the 2026-27 School Year is Tuesday, August 11^th2026.

Our Open House will be held in person on Monday, August 10^th 2026 from 1:00pm thru 5:00pm

All students will need a white button down shirt to wear to chapel every Wednesday. Please note that students are not allowed to wear hoodies to school. Outerwear such as Jackets and pullovers must be navy blue.

Importrant Reminders

Sutdents must arrive prior to 8:15am if she wants to eat breakfast before school. Breakfast is free for all students.
School Hours are 8:30am to 3:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday and 8:30am to 2:00pm on Wednesday.
There is no adult supervision for students dropped off before 7:45am unless the student is enrolled in Extended Day/Wrap Around Services. If required
Use this ink to apply for Extended Day Fees for Drop-in Care is $15.00 per day.
Kindly note that we do not admit students after 9:30am. Students arriving at school after 9:30am will be sent back home if they do not have a valid medical/professional note or genuine proof of an emergency.
Additionally, students will not be released for dismissal during the last 30 minutes of school. i.e. 2:30pm-3:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday or between 1:30pm and 2:00pm on Wednesday.
Please remember to bring a packed lunch every day. Lunch ($5.00) snacks ($1.00 per item) can also be purchased in the cafeteria if preferred. Friday is Pizza Day. The $5.00 Pizza Day payment must be received on Thursday if Teniyah would like to participate. For your convenience lunch and snack payments can be sent using the following Link: Order School Lunch/Snacks/Pizza
Students are not permitted to use cell phones during instructional hours or while being transported on school vehicles.
Middle and High School Students are prohibited from bringing book bags to school unless the book bag is completely transparent.
